The below-detailed Return & Exchange policies will apply to any product(s) sold on Nsfashionsindia.com
We allow the return of the product(s) only if they have a manufacturing defect.
For the smooth operation of return and exchange, the customer needs to ensure that the return shipment is in valid format and satisfying the following conditions:
  1. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  2. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, inclusive of polyester bags, hang tags on garments.
  3. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note NS Fashions offers refunds only in the form of store-credit. So if you wish to return an item(s) – you may get it exchanged against a different product of your choice, or put forth a request for store-credit on Nsfashionsindia@gmail.com . The store-credit once given to you, will be valid for 3 months from the date of credit transfer.

Our Returns & Exchange policy lasts seven days from the day of receiving the product(s). If seven days have gone by since your receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.
 

To initiate a return, please write to us at Nsfashionsindia@gmail.com or whatapps us on +919987744620 between 10 am and 6 pm on Monday to Friday , with complete information – Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Return /Exchange the product. In case of defective product(s), send us a photo of the defect within product along with store tags. This should be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.

NS FASHIONS reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
Returns shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Return / Exchange , kindly ship the product back to the following address NS Fashions, G1-2, Gorai Arihant CHSL, Plot No.6, RSC-6, Gorai-1, Borivali West, Mumbai 400091, Maharashtra, India.
We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund in the form of store-credit, the cost of shipping, and any import duties,levies, payment gateway charges and currency conversion fees as part of the refund process of the product will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note :

NS Fashions cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.

 

All products bought at SALE/COMBO OFFER are not eligible for Exchange.
